SUMMARY - THE BOONES AND HAWORTHS

·       FACT!  The Boones and Haworths were neighbors in PA, but did not move to VA and NC together. James made the move to VA much earlier than the Boones and never moved to NC.

·       PROBABLE! James may have traveled from VA to NC with Squire Boone and his family about 1750 when Daniel was only 16 years old.

·       FACT! James Haworth, son of George, did not travel with Daniel Boone on the failed 1773 expedition to Kentucky.

·       NEAR CERTAIN! James Haworth's sons, James and George, were very likely among the single men who accompanied Daniel Boone on the failed 1773 expedition.

·       POSSIBLE! James daughter, Jemima Haworth Wright, and her family may have been on the failed 1773 expedition.
