The county name is spelled with one "l" in Illinois, and two "lls" in Indiana - the counties are separated by the state line. This area was founded by our Quaker families in the 1820's. The locations shown below are in a cluster of Meetings, and all but Yankee Point remain active to this date (January 2002).
